What is MAANGHANG? It's Tagalog/Filipino for 'spicy' (pron. MAH-UNG-HUNG). Chef Rudy Boquila created a spicier, sweeter and fruitier version of his habit-forming hot sauce. Chef Rudy's Extra Spicy Jackfruit Maanghang has more of a sharper sting compared to our original hot sauce. Use it as a dipping sauce, marinade or to enhance dressings, pan sauces and soups.
You'll want to pour it generously on everything. From breakfast, lunch, merienda to dinner, it's the perfect condiment. :)
